Dance, Cheer & Acro Teams
The Mooresville Arts Partnership offers several Dance Team classes. These include our SAPPHIRES (Mini Team), our COMICS (Dance & Cheer Teams) and our ROYALS (Advanced Dance & Cheer Teams).
MAP Dance Company is our traveling dance company comprised of our elite and most dedicated dancers. We look for students who take more than 2 classes a week and excel in their technique classes, respect others, take criticism well, and have a dedication and ultimate drive for dance.
Dance team is a place to build friendships and to make memories. MAP Dance Company produces leaders and motivators. These girls work hard daily inside and outside the dance studio, and this is what prepares them for success.
Our goal is to promote self-esteem, sportsmanship, showmanship, build company spirit, increase technique and have a lot of fun!

All teams feature a select group of dancers ranging in ages 5 to 18, who enroll in several classes during the week. The classes each student participates in are chosen to fit their desired interests and team. These students are committing themselves to be part of this select group to further their training in dance.
