The Mooresville Arts Partnership is a not for profit arts education facility for dance, drama, music and visual arts. It is a partnership of teachers, families and community members with a goal to nourish the arts, creativity and community through education, performance and exhibition.
The MAP offers year-round classes and workshops for children, teens and adults, taught by trained artists and professional educators. Classes encourage creative thinking and individual expression while teaching skills, ideas, and techniques.
The MAP strives to make an impact on our Community and to make art and arts education available to all individuals in Central Indiana.

The following classes are available for enrollment:
Theatre & Young Actors Programs The young actors program is available to youth from 6 to 18 years of age. Students learn the skills and processes to create a performance, including performance styles and techniques - acting, improvisation, stage, on-camera acting and more! Classes use games, exercises, improvisation, monologues, scenes and short plays to give students the chance to develop confidence, collaboration, and performance skills. Designed for young people with a genuine enthusiasm for entertaining, classes encourage students to build self-confidence, expand and develop communication skills, stimulate their imagination and work as an ensemble. Two seasonal performances are included in this class. Additional drama projects and the actors workshop classes are available to teens and adults.
Music Private lessons are available for Piano, Voice, Violin, Cello, Electric Bass, Double Bass and Guitar. Students receive close instruction from talented and seasoned musicians who have a great deal of experience providing students with everything from basic beginner skills to polished techniques. An in house piano is provided. Group classes are also available, including Musical Theatre.
Dance, Tumbling & Creative Movement We offer dance classes for ages three through adult. Our MAP teachers and staff believe in the educational benefits provided by a positive and professional dance experience. Our goal is to provide the highest quality of teaching in order to enable our students to achieve their greatest aspirations in dance. We offer competitive and recreational classes in Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Lyrical, Hip Hop, Tumbling, Creative Movement and Musical Theatre. Students have opportunities to perform year around, as well as at the Spring Program.
In addition to our regular program of dance classes, Mooresville Arts Partnership has its own competitive dance team. We offer competitive dance groups for our dancers ages 5 and up who have a desire to perform and compete. Dancers in our competitive program attend multiple dance competitions each year, plus they perform at a variety of local functions.
Visual Arts A variety of weekly classes and specialized workshops include introductory classes for young artists, crafty arts workshops, and instructional classes on all mediums of visual arts. A weekly painting class and the masterpiece in a day series are open to artists of all abilities. Instructors teach basic artistic development and encourage students to express their individuality through technique and design.
